Event Schedule
FRIDAY
4:00pm — Check in opens.
6:30pm — Dinner.
Mediterranean chicken, oven roasted eggplant and bell pepper (V/GF), hummus (V/GF), and Vegetable Mezze platter (V/GF). Served with pita.
Paired with Strawberry and Peach Rosé Sangria.
Dessert: Earl Grey Tea Cake with Dark Chocolate and Orange Zest.
8:00pm — Bonfire + s’mores.
9:00pm — White elephant gift exchange (please bring a gift to play, $10 limit).
9:30pm — Board / card / drinking games.
SATURDAY
7:00am — Coffee and tea available.
8:30am — Breakfast.
Mint and honey fruit salad, scrambled eggs, toast, mini waffle bar, bacon, hash browns, oatmeal, and cereal.
Paired with coffee, tea, and juice.
11:00am — Lawn games
Darts, croquet, corn hole, bocce ball, horseshoes, ladder ball, beer pong.
1:00pm — Lunch.
Pesto pasta, ‘zoodle’ pasta (v/gf), spinach and mandarin orange salad.
Paired with juice, iced tea, or alcoholic beverage.
1:30pm — Free recreation.
Lawn /board / card / drinking games available (cat visitation upon request).
3:00pm — Wine tasting and charcuterie hors d’oeuvres.
6:30pm — Dinner.
Burgers (meat and veggie), stuffed mushrooms, grilled corn, and watermelon.
Paired with blended margaritas.
8:00pm — Bonfire + s’mores / board / card / drinking games / telescope.
SUNDAY
7:00am — Coffee and tea available.
8:30am — Breakfast.
Eggs, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, blueberry muffins, oatmeal, and cereal.
10:00am — Free recreation and camp pack up.
3:00pm — Check out.
